Our instructors have a range of backgrounds that make them extremely qualified. From law enforcement tactical operations personnel to mixed martial arts fighters, we really do practice what we preach. The aim of every session we conduct is to provide you with effective techniques that you can learn and implement quickly and easily.

The International Defensive Solutions (IDS) was created as a sub-branch of the WAIMA. They offer specific close-quarter fighting (CQF) training for Airlines, Security Echelons, Law Enforcement, and the Military. We are one of the largest martial arts schools in Australia and can teach a vast range of styles including self-defence.
